People get nervous because of the city life

Nowadays everybody is so easily getting nervous. I wonder why? This is very unpleasant when somebody unknown pressures you, and assaults you, just because of his bad mood. You can get into this situation everywhere – in the public transport, at school, at the market etc. Even staying home can make you nervous, I mean the people that you live with can make you nervous.

And I think this is because of the noise that is presented in all the huge cities. This noise made by cars, by people, by loud music, by other people screaming – it all is very frustrating and drives many people crazy.

You may not even notice, but it seems that you feel very sad, or lost, exhausted and so on. You walk in the street or just being at the university than coming home, you feel very tired. You want to rest in a quiet atmosphere. When you feel like that, it is cool to go in the forest. Nature was always as valium for people. It really calms you down. Or at least if you want some effect, but don’t want to go anywhere, than you should try to grow some flowers. It will also help a lot.

So the best treatment from tiredness is nature. If you live in the city than it is hard to find a great natural place. So why don’t you build this place at your house, by yourself? J

Good idea. I think you are right about the noise in more heavily populated areas. We tend to relax more at night; when there is less ambient noise.

I spent a lot of time in the woods around my house growing up, and they are very pleasant memories. Most of those wooded areas are gone now. *sigh*

Your post made me want to go visit some place out of the way, more natural and serene. Think i'll take the kids to the state park this weekend! :)

Solitude is fantastic sometimes. When I'm home alone, the tv is off, the radio is off, and the house is mostly quiet...until the dogs start barking for no apparent reason. But yes, nature has a calming affect that can't be matched. I like getting away when the weather is nice myself.

I wonder why you commented on my blog with a :) Do you understand German??

Well, your blog looks nice, so womanly pink :) and to your blog entry: I think you are right, city life is full of hectic and stress, there is too much noise and people who don't appreciate the pretty little things of everyday life.
