For me, the time out is very important. I dont know why, but i'm getting tired very easily.
That is why I need aproximatly 8-10 hours to sleep. This is a little bit more than just normal sleep.
It is considered that 6 hour for an adult should be enough. But I personally need more. Sometimes I even dont go to the university and stay home and sleep.
How can I reduce my time for sleep? Can someone tell me?
