This is what I did today for lunch. This was my own idea. It is called Chicken Wings with Mushrooms and Cream sous.
I took 7 chicken wings and cut them into two pieces each, in order to make easier eating them. Then put them on the hit with some oil, and heat them for 10 min.

I took 7 chicken wings and cut them into two pieces each, in order to make easier eating them. Then put them on the hit with some oil, and heat them for 10 min.
The cut some onions and mushrooms. I like it when there are a lot of mushrooms, because they give a special smell. So you can see in the picture.
The add the onions and mushrooms on the hit, and you can see how beautiful it looks.
Then I added some species. and it gave a special colour to the wings.
The I added a little bit of water, about 1/5 glass of water. And left it for 10 min, to cook. After it I added the special ingredient – fresh cream.
And the last thing to do is to add some greens which gave a very beautiful look to this whole stuff.
Check out the result) it was very tasty.
