Backing pies with curd

This is a great recipe of a cheese pie.
I bought a kg of puff dough and 500gr of fresh curd from a local market.
Unfreeze the dough and cut it into equal 2 pieces. Put the curd on one side of it, and cover it with the other one. Then put it in oven for 40 min, at a very low fire.
